finally.. yiyi was released yesterday.. lewat ptg.. tp wth.. at least kuar gak.. as i said before, kalau shark buat gig, bkn yg cikai2 sgt.. last nite kuar buletin utama psl ni, today kuar paper.. utusan page 27 and star page 3 (03/01/06)... utusan for those in klang valley aa.. kalau kat pantai timur x der.. yuppss.. yg black metal gathering tuu.. actually 380 people were picked up by the police, but most of them because they attended.. so lps urine test n everything they were released.. yesterday they came back to brickfields.. gathered outside brickfields konon2 nak urge police suh released yg lain2 (the other 5 person including yiyi).. then police freak out, lantas membebaskan mereka.. hahahahaha.. butoh.. celah mana.. kemak nyer black metal..

i think the police know that this is a very small case.. so they dont even care 'bout yiyi n friends.. in fact when yiyi was bailed, the police said that this case had been sent to prosecutor, then have to wait whether will be charged or not.. i've been through this n i know under normal circumstances, u'll not be charged for a small case like this.. then muncul lak geng2 black metal.. suh bebaskan diorang.. buat press conference.. pastu kecah2 nak sain memorandum.. asshole.. nak membela apa?? diorang dah kuar laa mangkuk.. nak membela gig korang tu?? nak membela black metal?? berjuang demi black metal?? yeahh.. sure.. kalau korang mati ketika berjuang sure mati syahid kan.. bley shoot terus ke syurga.. idiots.. korang buat kecah2 camni nanti organizer aa tanggung.. termasuk aa yiyi yg disyaki organizer.. bile polis tak puas ati, ada aa benda bkn2 die buat.. as i said aa.. tetibe dikaitkan dgn ayoh pin laa.. tak pon ngan pengganas ker.. tak pon mafia ker.. gile menyusahkan org aa.. konon pandai.. pandai my ass..

olrite.. my younger brother called yiyi has a friend called shark.. n shark ni slalu organize gig.. he used to ask yiyi to join him.. join venture laa.. so bley tontong2 untung.. which is tak banyak pon.. tp not bad aa.. n shark ni buat gig bkn cikai2 sgt.. byk gak band2 undergound yg dia panggil femes2.. instead of join venture, yiyi prefer jual tiket, then upah die 30 bucks, so he can topup his phone.. reason, sbb tkt duit tu tak halal since ramai org masuk pegi tonggang.. as for me, i dont think duit haram sgt pon sbb bukan kita suh org minum.. meaning if shark offering me, for sure i grab it..

so dah byk kali dah die buat.. from whut i heard shark bese buat gig agak proper meaning amek permit n everything.. so mlm new year diorang ada buat lagi.. guess whut?? yupss.. kena rush.. so mlm tu yiyi tido balai.. with another 4 including shark.. so jan 1, my elder brother smsing me just to inform me.. seriesly we all like gelak2.. i mean bkn kes besar pon.. maybe kena tangkap sbb xder permit.. so whut?? bkn yiyi organize pon.. yiyi jual tiket.. how the hell yiyi should know if shark get a permit or not.. if police want to blame someone, is definetly shark.. or maybe the owner of the place, a chinese guy..

so abg aku as innocent civillian yg tatau apa2 pegi balai.. nampak yiyi kena gari with another 4 idiots.. a chinese guy(the owner), shark, si polan and si anu... abg aku dtg with his friend called ah chong.. by the time abg aku sampai tu yiyi kat bawah pokok (dlm pagar balai, tp luar bangunan), then there was a policeman not wearing uniform n he was like a man in charge, kasik2 arahan n shit.. so my brother asked him what's going on.. he said 'ni kes kecik.. so not a big problem, diorang ni buat gig tanpa permit'.. then police bangsat tu ckp the prob is magistrate nak sampai, tp diorang ni x der lawyer.. so abg aku ckp no problem, we've got a lawyer.. so ah chong called his father-in-law (a lawyer).. then police tu ckp u dont have to sbb bese nyer ada lawyer kat2 sini dtg cari2 kes (fuck u).. then out of nowhere muncul sorang lawyer konon2 concern.. concern my ass..

lawyer tu pon ckp die bley setel benda ni cepat2.. since die kenal pegawai penyiasat yg handle case ni.. die boleh setel undertable jer.. tp abg aku insist die x nak.. since dah call dah father-in-law ah chong, tamau aa pakai lawyer tuu.. besides, buat apa nak percaya org lain padahal dah ada lawyer yg kita kenal.. then sbb abg aku insist x nak, suddenly police tu ckp 'its too late.. magistrate dah sampai.. so either u hire this lawyer or jumper magistrate without lawyer.. n of cos kalau u xder lawyer u cannot say anything to defend ur self..' asshole..

so abg aku pon tgh blur2 agreed.. then ah chong called his father-in-law saying that we already got another lawyer.. of coz aa father-in-law die hampa sbb abg aku pegi percaya ntah sapa2.. personally i think its not a good idea too, hiring that asshole which is obviously trying to take advantage, but i'm not blaming my brother either since he doesn't know anything.. as for him, the most important is to set yiyi free in any way... so lawyer yg pukimak tu mintak 500 bucks per person.. whut the hell.. why per person?? yups.. because he want my brother to pay for everyone which means 2500 bucks.. asshole.. of coz aa abg aku tamau bayar..

1. the chinese guy, (i rather call him apek) for sure x der kena mengena ngan yiyi.. so buat apa bayar utk die..
2. shark, tunduk jer kat bawah.. i think he didn't contact anyone, hoping my brother to save everyone..
3. si polan, abg ipar mamat ni dtg kejap, marah2 adek die, mintak no phone abg aku so boleh kontek kalau ada apa2, then chow.. pukimak nyer abg ipar.. balek pegi romen2 akak si polan aa tuu.. then lagi pukimak lagi dia itu bile die sekadar memberi arahan kat abg aku through phone jer.. konon2 terlampau emo ngan adek ipar die..
4. si anu, i have no idea.. tatau pon adek aku kenal die ker tak..

since abg aku x nak byr utk org lain, police ckp 'benda ni susah kalau sorang2 camni.. kene setel semua skali..takleh asing2.. so u have no choice, pay for everyone or no one..' pure shit rite?? tak cukup lagi, police tu tambah lagi, 'problem skang mase kejadian tu ada org jual cd haram luar gig tuu.. then dalam byk2 band tuu ada band black metal..' ahhahahaha... common laaaah....... babi nyer police... apa kaitan?? asal tak tangkap org yg jual cd haram tu?? asal ko x tangkap band black metal tuu.. motherfucker.. tak cukup lagi tuu.. polis tu ckp 'saya bkn apa, kesalahan adek kamu kecik jer.. plg2 pon kena saman 5k-10k.. die ni patut sehari jer kena tahan utk siasatan.. tp takot maigstrate x puas hati ker apa ker.. x psl2 kena reman sampai 40 hari..' hohoho.. ckp dgn nada simpati padahal mengugut.. lakonan yg lebih berkesan dari pelakon2 Gerak Khas..

abg aku pon ckp kat lawyer, the main problem is die mmg x cukup pon duit 2500 bucks.. tetibe yiyi lak ckp die ada.. pastu yiyi kasik bank card die.. abg aku pon fine aa.. skali lawyer tu lak ckp, 'ok, awak pegi amek duit.. biar org saya ikut awak..' ya Allah... obvious nyer nak tipoo.. cibai.. siap ada org ikut pegi amek duit.. then lps abg aku amek duit jer, dlm keter gak org tu mintak duit.. abg aku tanyer why now.. why not kat balai jer.. pastu keling tu ckp ngarut2, 'bla bla bla...kena bayar skang.. bla bla bla bla.... lawyer tuu mmg power so lu org jgn risau... bla bla bla bla.. mmg cara die camni pon kena bayar skang.. bla bla bla bla..'

since abg aku risau kalau x bayar kang x psl2 die call lawyer tuu pastu tetibe yiyi dikaitkan dgn kesalahan pelacuran, dadah, pendatang haram, lanun, bunuh, ragut dan rogol.. so abg aku bayar jer.. then bile sampai balai balek.. ada sorang polis keling lak (pon pakai baju bese).. ckp jgn risau.. sume setel, cume tunggu call jer mlm kang, maybe lambat pon esok jer.. polis yg first tadi dah ilang, lawyer pon gone.. si keling ni ckp semua dah balek.. so yiyi kat mana pon tatau.. die ckp dlm balai.. skang die pon suh abg aku balek gak.. org yg abg aku nak jumpe semua dah balek.. shite.. then bile abg aku ckp kat pakcik aku (cannot reach him before since he had a meeting..) pakcik aku ckp possibility utk magistrate dtg balai adalah 0% lebih2 lagi hari ahad dan new year.. holyshite.. so pakcik aku just suh hold dulu n keep him inform..

the problem is everything's going so fast.. made my brother hard to think properly.. so abg aku balek.. mak aku lak masuk bilik since pagi n not eating anything n crying all day.. aku pon jadi pressure.. i knew the whole story last nite dan skang 02/01/06.. aku still pressure.. yiyi dalam balai lagi.. aku tgh menunggu update.. yg aku tau mak aku x makan lagi.. i know how it is.. bile mak aku nangis satu umah jadi pressure..

mak nangis -> semua org tak suka -> pk cara utk buat die ok semula -> the only way is to get yiyi out from lokap -> n kena buat asap -> org akan buat decision secare rush..

even aku pon maybe would do the same thing like my abg.. because the pressure of to get yiyi out asap... i mean kalau mak aku x nangis, so bley rileks2.. tunggu lawyer sampai dulu.. kalau die kecah2 magistrate nak sampai, proceed aa.. bkn sabit kesalahan pon.. baru disyaki.. in the mean time bley dpt nasihat lawyer.. aku tau sgt camner dlm lokap tuu.. sabar aa kejap.. nanti kuar aa.. bkn masuk penjara.. haiihh...
